Welcome to the 2021 Durham Book Festival programme for schools. This year we’re bringing you a programme of interactive digital events from a range of diverse authors. We believe books should be both a mirror and a window for readers and hope children and young people will recognise themselves, as well as understanding the experiences of others, through the books we’re celebrating this year.
