Join publishers Faber & Faber, Granta and Serpent’s Tail for this exclusive preview of the books they are most excited about launching in 2020.

James Clarke’s, Hollow in the Land is written in the tradition of Jon McGregor and Sarah Hall and illuminates issues such as class, poverty and regional decline.

Will Harris is a rising star in contemporary poetry, who reflects on race, culture and identity in his first full-length collection, Rendang.

Ingrid Persaud was the winner of the 2018 BBC Short Story Award. In Love After Love she tackles questions of who and how we can love and the consequences of desperate choices.

Chaired by Louisa Joyner, Faber and Faber

Attendees will receive a special goody bag containing proof copies of all the books.
