The Whole Kahani (The Complete Story), is a group of British fiction writers of South Asian origin. Their aim is to give a new voice to old stories and increase the visibility of South Asian writers in Britain.
Writers Reshma Ruia, Kavita A. Jindal and Mona Dash present their first collection of short stories: Love Across a Broken Map, published to critical acclaim in 2016. With settings from London to Goa, Manchester to Mumbai, these stories span start-ups, girl crushes, virtual gigolos, obsessive fans and astrological mishaps. This eclectic mix of short stories explores love and loss across the dividing lines of culture, race and ethnicity.
